Evan Lindquist has lived in Jonesboro, Arkansas, since 1963. He was born in Salina, Kansas, 1936. His wife is also an artist and a native of Kansas. They have two adult sons. His creative work explores the medium of burin engraving for intaglio printing. Other printmaking media include etching, drypoint woodcut, and wood engraving.ExhibitionsMore than fifty solo exhibitions and one hundred invitational group exhibitions. Recent solo exhibitions have been at University of Iowa, Iowa City,1995; William Rainey Harper College, Palatine, Illinois, 1996; Northwestern College, Orange City, Iowa, 1997; Arts Center of the Ozarks, Springdale, Arkansas, 1998.
